Excellent stay

I found the staff very attentive. The hotel was very clean. It was always kept clean. The location is perfect because it is right on the beach. Security guards around the hotel ensured that I felt safe.
The receptionist was not friendly. I only received one bottle of water during the entire stay. The bar didn't have change for a purchase.

The hotel offers very good location. I could literally walk straight onto the promenade. Arranging a taxi to see other things was simple, costing less than £1.50 into the centre.

Comfortable Stay Near the Beach

I found the hotel site accommodated push chairs and wheelchairs well. The location is near the bay and its beach. I also appreciated the variety of activities that were planned by the staff. The animators were friendly, which I liked.
The receptionist was not cute when I arrived. I was only given one bottle of water during my entire stay. Buying more water from the bar was not possible because they said they had no change.

The hotel location was convenient, very close to the beach. The rooms featured ample space with two beds and one sofa. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, from which I could choose. I found a shop with necessary items available just outside the hotel.
The room's sound insulation needs improvement. I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room .

My room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked very well. I liked having access to the promenade directly from the hotel. The security presence. The hotel's location is great , with easy access to restaurants and shops. The grounds were well kept. I found the swimming pools clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection , with something for everyone. The snack bar near the pool was convenient. I bought coffee for two euros in the bar. Samira cleaned my room beautifully every day. I found the renovated bathroom modern. The shower was great. The value for money was good. The cleaning staff worked very hard.

the food at dinner had a great selection and tasted great. cleaners visited daily and did an excellent job.
the hotel did not provide a kettle , tea , or coffee in the bedroom. the bathroom had damp and mold , which i did not like.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly . It lacked attention. one afternoon, i found the cleaner charging his phone with my charger. An odd thing.
